Voicing 2

Today we did the voicing for the car chase scene and revoiced some of the later scenes. To make the voicing of the car chase loud enough, we dimmed down the sound of said scene.

We put in four pictures of the cars to act as if the helicopter had taken them. We will then put voice overs over these.

 

We also will add some voice over the pictures to make it more relistic.

We used things like sharpening and colouring, overlaying text, sped up and slowed down parts and added a motion blur to certain scenes.

Today we added the title and credits and added some little effects to our film e.g alarm sound and flashes.

Well we are doing the voice acting next week so more on that to come. We managed to edit the car chase so that you cannot see any signs of real life people or giant manholes. We also increased sound on the main scenes and reduced the sound on the car chase so it is not deafening.

Sound Effects and Quality
Today we added music/sound effects to our film.
We got these sound effects from soundbible.com
We used Euan's HD camera to record the sound and made many retakes so that we
could hear ourselves! We all thought the sound quality was very good.
We were most proud of the alarm effect we made.

Speed

Edited the speed

Today we changed the speed on quite a few scenes such as the race car scene, which is now triple the speed, and the finale battle which we split into sections and slowed down, this had the result of Martin jumping at Euan in slow motion which looked good. We had a go at speeding up Euan's section where he tells the audience his plan but it made his voice go to high to hear. Also we sped up Martin's section where he kills the guards and added a motion blur which works.

Tomorrow Jack will blog about the music we put on.

Hack The Bomb 2

Characters:

Harry: The Hacker

Martin: The Soldier

Jack: The New Recruit/ Rookie

Euan: The Boss

Synopsis:

The Soldier and the Hacker welcome the new recruit into the agency but the soldier has suspicions.

Meanwhile the boss goes over his plans to break up the alliance of the UK and the USA. The Soldier kills the guards and battles the head guard.  The Hacker and the New Recruit steal the password from the Bosses computer but the alarm goes off and the New Recruit steals it. The Soldier finds the Hacker and the Hacker tells the Soldier all about it. The Hacker finds the New Recruit and they talk then the New Recruit tries to kill the Hacker but the Soldier shoots him. The Boss comes and the Soldier tries to shoot him but is out of ammo. They fight while the Hacker tries to hack the bomb. There is a countdown and all goes black.

We filmed this movie over the course of one day in the half term.
